1. Service Overview

We provide a digital tool that allows users to automatically send SMS after calls (missed, incoming, outgoing). Our tool uses the user’s mobile device and SIM card to send SMS. We do not provide telecom or SMS services.

2. Subscription & Payments

• Users can subscribe to our tool on a monthly or yearly basis.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Subscription fees once paid are non-refundable.
• Access to the tool is limited to the chosen subscription plan duration.

3. SMS Charges & Responsibility

• All SMS are sent using the user’s SIM card and telecom operator.
• We are not responsible for SMS charges – these are levied by the user’s telecom provider as per their plan.
• We do not control SMS delivery, delays, or failures, as these depend on the telecom operator.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure they have an active mobile number and valid telecom plan to send SMS.
• Users are solely responsible for the content of SMS they configure in our tool.
• Use of the tool for spam, fraud, or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide the tool on a subscription basis. We are not liable for:

• SMS delivery issues or failures caused by telecom operators.
• Charges imposed by telecom operators for SMS.
• Any misuse of the tool by the user.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
