2. Cancellation Policy

• Users may choose not to continue after the free trial, and no payment will be charged.
• Once a subscription plan is upgraded and payment is successfully processed, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund Policy

• Since users get access to a free trial, no refunds will be issued once payment is made for any subscription plan.
• Refunds are not applicable for partial usage, unused subscription periods, or accidental payments.

4. Exceptions

A refund may only be considered in the event of a proven duplicate transaction due to technical error. Such cases will be verified and processed within 7–10 business days.
